Shayla Hill graduated from Munford High School. She went on to graduate from The University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Instruction and Curriculum Leadership. She later earned a second Master’s from Tennessee State University in Instructional Leadership. Ms. Hill has worked in Tipton County schools since 2012, first at Munford Elementary then Munford Middle, where she also enjoyed coaching cheerleading. She became assistant principal at BHS in 2022.

Ms. Hill looks forward to new school years, new opportunities, and forming new relationships with students and teachers.
